Engaging Men - Redefining Masculinity for the Modern Age

PWN Milan believes it is time for a new dialogue between men, women, and all genders on how we achieve gender balance in the workplace and at home.

How can your organization make faster progress in gender balance in the workplace? One crucial element is engaging male leaders and colleagues.

To kickoff this new initiative, PWN Milan, in collaboration with Robert Baker, CEO at Potentia Talent Consulting, is holding an online event to which women and men are invited.

At this event, we will:

- Facilitate attendees taking part in a discussion on the challenges and opportunities in getting men and women working together to achieve impact
