PWN Global functions with a small number of service providers and with the enormous support of a dedicated team of volunteers
Our Global and Local Boards are as diverse as our membership, featuring entrepreneurs and corporate professionals from across a wide range of industries.

Being involved in a not-for-profit organisation can be one of the most challenging and rewarding activities that you will ever undertake. The sense of camaraderie that builds up between Board members ensures that solid lifelong relationships are forged, which supports professional and personal development on many different levels.

Claudia Cordiè

President

Environmental economist, project manager and synergy creator. Sustainable development and gender equality have a central role in Claudia's professional life. As PWN Vienna President, her goal is to reach out and support as many women as possible as well as to involve more men, corporates, organizations and institutions to make a real impact in accelerating gender balance in businesses and society. For her, actively contributing to the PWN mission and working within a team of talented and committed volunteers is inspiring, rewarding and a continuous source of personal growth.

Anila Llagami

President

Anila is Co-President of PWN Vienna since July 2025.  She lead the PWN Vienna Mentoring program for many years and supported Mentors and Mentees to link up and work jointly towards reaching their personal and professional goals. She has worked internationally, as a project and senior manager, in different industries for more than 25 years. A previous mentee in the PWN Vienna Mentoring Programm, she has lived in Austria, Albania and Italy and is a keen enthusiast of the development of young professionals. She holds degrees in economics and finance and has been a member of PWN Vienna since 2009.

Viktoria is a Communications Expert, Systemic Master Coach, NLP Trainer and High-Performance Team Coach dedicated to helping individuals and teams find inner resources. With a special focus on personal excellence, leadership, communication and teamwork, she designs transformative learning experiences to inspire and motivate growth through experience.

Mentor Coordinator  

Having worked in multiple countries for over 20 years, Martina is an Intercultural Business Communication Coach and Consultant. She is passionate about helping leaders, organizations, and individuals reach their potential, improve communication, and build relationships based on trust. Her experience in the tourism and travel industry for nearly 14 years has led her to become fascinated by different cultures, languages, and communication methods. As a learning & development professional with more than 16 years of experience and a business owner, she is a valuable accountability partner for her clients and committed to supporting them in achieving their goals.

Agnes Czibula Konda

Mentoring Program Coordinator 

Agnes is a financial professional with strong business focus and wide experience in change management. She has been working for international companies in specialist and management roles in Hungary and Austria in the past 20 years. She joined the 2020/2021 mentoring program as a mentor, she is taking over the role of a mentee coordinator as of July 2021 and program coordinator as of July 2025.

Mentee Coordinator

Service delivery professional with degree in Economics, Marketing and Management. 10 years experience in luxury, midscale and eco hotel segments in various departments within two major hotel chains and cross industry experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Expert in implementing new systems and onboarding employees. Passionate about supporting the future workforce in managing change as a volunteer business mentor.

Mentee Coordinator

Alexandra is a professional mentor, freelance archaeologist, and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in international academic and cultural heritage fields. She specialises in career development, entrepreneurship, and personal growth, guiding professionals through career transitions, skill transfer, confidence building, burnout prevention, and cross-cultural challenges. Her approach is structured yet adaptable, creating a safe and empowering space where mentees can explore new perspectives and grow.

Abha Goradia

Mentee Coordinator

Abha is a journalist and writer from Mumbai (India) with nearly a decade of work experience. As a reporter for leading Indian national newspapers such as The Times of India and The Indian Express, her news reports have covered themes including education, culture, science and politics. She also worked in the capacity of a copy editor for The Times of India Mumbai's print edition. She has now moved to Vienna and has begun a second chapter of her professional career.

Sam Barbour Pringle

Mentor Supervisor

Sam is a qualified 1:1 and group supervisor for coaches and mentors. She brings a complexity attuned approach through her training as a Graduate Learning Partner with Crucial Difference and a Community Approved Group Facilitator & Supervisor for Presence In Action Collective. She uses the P6 Constellation framework to hold reflective conversations with clients for the purpose of learning, personal development and serving others. She will co-create a receptive space with you to uncover patterns showing up with your mentees and to celebrate your wins. This space also provides a place to attend to your well-being so that you can serve others. In her professional life she has held roles as CEO, Head of research and Chair for an NGO and before this she held management roles in the Pharma Industry. She lives in Scotland with her family and is passional about horses and our mind - body relationship with animals.

Kathryn Nenning

PR and Marketing

Kathryn Nenning has spent 18 years in sales, marketing and management in New York City before moving to Austria to focus on her husband and two children and also to start her own business. After 10 years running her own firm and looking for a change, Kathryn joined the PWN to take part in the Mentoring Program, and has found her next calling as a PWN Volunteer where she enjoys working on the Media team, concentrating on social media marketing and PR.
