PWN Global functions with a small number of service providers and with the enormous support of a dedicated team of volunteers.

Our Global and Local Boards are as diverse as our membership, featuring entrepreneurs and corporate professionals from across a wide range of industries.

Being involved in a not-for-profit organisation can be one of the most challenging and rewarding activities that you will ever undertake. The sense of camaraderie that builds up between Board members ensures that solid lifelong relationships are forged, which supports professional and personal development on many different levels.

Environmental economist, project manager and synergy creator. Sustainable development and gender equality have a central role in Claudia's professional life. As PWN Vienna President, her goal is to reach out and support as many women as possible as well as to involve more men, corporates, organizations and institutions to make a real impact in accelerating gender balance in businesses and society. For her, actively contributing to the PWN mission and working within a team of talented and committed volunteers is inspiring, rewarding and a continuous source of personal growth.

Anila is Co-President of PWN Vienna since July 2025. She lead the PWN Vienna Mentoring program for many years and supported Mentors and Mentees to link up and work jointly towards reaching their personal and professional goals. She has worked internationally, as a project and senior manager, in different industries for more than 25 years. A previous mentee in the PWN Vienna Mentoring Programm, she has lived in Austria, Albania and Italy and is a keen enthusiast of the development of young professionals. She holds degrees in economics and finance and has been a member of PWN Vienna since 2009.

Viktoria is a Communications Expert, Systemic Master Coach, NLP Trainer and High-Performance Team Coach dedicated to helping individuals and teams find inner resources. With a special focus on personal excellence, leadership, communication and teamwork, she designs transformative learning experiences to inspire and motivate growth through experience.

Having worked in multiple countries for over 20 years, Martina is an Intercultural Business Communication Coach and Consultant. She is passionate about helping leaders, organizations, and individuals reach their potential, improve communication, and build relationships based on trust. Her experience in the tourism and travel industry for nearly 14 years has led her to become fascinated by different cultures, languages, and communication methods. As a learning & development professional with more than 16 years of experience and a business owner, she is a valuable accountability partner for her clients and committed to supporting them in achieving their goals.

Sam is a qualified 1:1 and group supervisor for coaches and mentors. She brings a complexity attuned approach through her training as a Graduate Learning Partner with Crucial Difference and a Community Approved Group Facilitator & Supervisor for Presence In Action Collective. She uses the P6 Constellation framework to hold reflective conversations with clients for the purpose of learning, personal development and serving others. She will co-create a receptive space with you to uncover patterns showing up with your mentees and to celebrate your wins. This space also provides a place to attend to your well-being so that you can serve others. In her professional life she has held roles as CEO, Head of research and Chair for an NGO and before this she held management roles in the Pharma Industry. She lives in Scotland with her family and is passional about horses and our mind - body relationship with animals.

Agnes is a financial professional with strong business focus and wide experience in change management. She has been working for international companies in specialist and management roles in Hungary and Austria in the past 20 years. She joined the 2020/2021 mentoring program as a mentor, she is taking over the role of a mentee coordinator as of July 2021 and program coordinator as of July 2025.

Service delivery professional with degree in Economics, Marketing and Management. 10 years experience in luxury, midscale and eco hotel segments in various departments within two major hotel chains and cross industry experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Expert in implementing new systems and onboarding employees. Passionate about supporting the future workforce in managing change as a volunteer business mentor.

Alexandra is a professional mentor, freelance archaeologist, and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in international academic and cultural heritage fields. She specialises in career development, entrepreneurship, and personal growth, guiding professionals through career transitions, skill transfer, confidence building, burnout prevention, and cross-cultural challenges. Her approach is structured yet adaptable, creating a safe and empowering space where mentees can explore new perspectives and grow.

Tatjana Jovanovska-Sonnberger is an international talent acquisition expert with more than 15 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across technology, aerospace, financial services, retail, and professional services. She is passionate about helping organizations make better hiring decisions by combining strategic recruitment expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior.

As a certified DiSC practitioner, Tatjana helps leaders look beyond CVs and interviews to understand how people communicate, make decisions, and contribute to high performing teams.

Tatjana joined PWN Vienna because she believes that meaningful connections, diverse perspectives, and shared knowledge create stronger leaders and stronger organizations.

A people person at heart, Shabnam has spent 14+ years building HR functions, scaling startups, and helping teams grow.

Today in Austria, she wears many hats — HR professional, native English speaker at a private school, cultural workshop facilitator, and founder of a community helping mums restart their career journeys.

Latha is a technology and transformation professional with over 25 years of experience across industries, organisations and cultures.

Alongside her professional journey, she has actively supported women’s growth at work through diversity initiatives, mentoring and addressing the realities faced by working mothers in India. Her experiences have shaped a strong belief in 0finding balance through different stages of life and career. She is also the author of *Hack the Track Decode the path to success* where she shares practical perspectives on navigating careers and making conscious choices. Through PWN volunteering Latha hopes to help women recognise their strengths, explore possibilities and define success on their own terms.

Abha is a journalist, storyteller and a communication specialist who uses words and visuals to create impactful and engaging content.

Having worked as a news correspondent and editor for close to a decade in Indian newsrooms, she has now taken on strategic communication roles in Vienna. Abha is responsible for writing and publishing PWN Vienna's bi-monthly newsletters and for creating content for social media. She brings to the team her skills in content creation and management, helping the network consistently put out high-quality newsletter dedicated to professional development. She volunteers with PWN Vienna as the network's mission of rising by lifting others deeply resonates with her. When not working, she's often found experimenting with new ingredients and making new dishes in her kitchen.

Valeria is an experienced Account Manager and Customer Success Manager in hospitality, specializing in online marketing, distribution, client relationships, consulting, and event management. Sociable, approachable, and organized, she enjoys building communities, fostering meaningful connections, and creating inclusive experiences. Passionate about travel, culture, and the arts, she joined PWN Vienna to contribute to its international network, support women from diverse backgrounds, and grow personally and professionally.

Supriya is a PhD Immunologist with experience in academic research, innovation programmes, and European public health initiatives. She contributes to EU health collaborations, combining science, strategy, and stakeholder engagement. As Workshop Coordinator, she plans and delivers professional development workshops, coordinating speakers, partners, volunteers, and participants. Strategic, collaborative, and people-oriented, she is passionate about creating opportunities for women to learn, connect, and grow within the PWN Vienna community.

Marianna combines her background in chemical engineering with broad experience in R&D, project management, business strategy, and communication. Having worked in both academic and entrepreneurial environments, she enjoys bringing together different perspectives and collaborating across disciplines. At PWN Vienna, she plays an active role in membership management and member engagement, helping to strengthen and grow the PWN community.
