The 2026 PWN Netherlands Mentoring Programme
Mentoring changes careers, and it changes lives. For our 2026 cohort, we have reimagined the PWN Netherlands Mentoring Programme into a six-month journey that pairs rising women with senior mentors, and gathers them into a community where everyone grows.
What the programme offers
From September 2026 to February 2027, a small, carefully matched group of mentees will each be paired one to one with a mentor chosen for them with care. Around those pairings, we have built a full programme of learning and connection:
- Six one-to-one mentoring sessions across the six months
- Four community learning sessions with structured discussions, led by experts in the field
- Two in-person events, beginning with our launch at the Eye Film Museum in Amsterdam in September, and closing with a celebration in February
Three kinds of intelligence
Our programme is built around the three core pillars of PWN Netherlands: emotional intelligence, financial intelligence, and technological intelligence. Together they reflect what women tell us they most want to grow: the inner confidence to lead, the financial fluency to decide, and the technological fluency to thrive in a changing world of work.
Who it is for
The programme is for ambitious professionals ready to take their next step, whether you are navigating a transition, stepping into leadership, or simply sensing there is more available to you. Our mentors come from across pharma, tech, finance, consumer goods, logistics, leadership coaching, and beyond, and they share one thing in common: a genuine desire to help the next woman rise.
Joining as a mentee
The mentee contribution is a symbolic one, and PWN Premium Membership is required to take part. Many employers will typically cover both as part of a learning and development budget, so we encourage you to ask. Places are limited and applications are reviewed as they arrive, so early application is wise.
Joining as a mentor
Mentoring with us is a generous act, and a rewarding one. Mentors take part free of charge, with PWN Premium Membership, and tell us they gain as much as they give. We are welcoming mentors for this cohort now, so if you would like to mentor, we would love to hear from you.
