Personal interests or hobbies: Anything related to water: swimming, sailing, scuba-diving

Role at PWN Netherlands: As Vice President, I support the President and board members wherever needed and act as her deputy in her absence. I focus on optimizing the member experience—ensuring our community feels inspiring, empowering, and worth belonging to. I develop women-empowerment programs that support the personal growth and leadership journey of our members, and I work to expand our reach and impact.

Personal interests or hobbies: I love dancing and creating unforgettable, uplifting experiences for myself and those around me. I also enjoy cooking, traveling, and am a lifelong learner always exploring new ideas and perspectives.

Philosophy: I believe in the power of co-creation and co-elevation — when we lift each other up, we unlock possibilities beyond what we could imagine alone. Be the change you want to see in the world, and help others rise with you.

Role at PWN Netherlands: To promote and showcase PWN Netherlands, its events, and programmes to our members and wider audience. 

Personal interests or hobbies: Sports, travel, and crafts.

Role at PWN Netherlands: As Vice President Finance, I ensure that PWN Netherlands operates with strong financial governance, transparency, and long term sustainability. I bring 19 years of global experience partnering with CFOs and senior leaders to shape strategy, optimize cost and investment decisions, and deliver technology enabled transformation. My focus is to safeguard our financial health, oversee budgeting and investment decisions, and ensure that our resources are deployed responsibly to support impactful programs for our members. 

Personal interests or hobbies: I am passionate about travelling and exploring Asian cultures, as well as experiences that deepen cross cultural leadership and global mindset. 

Philosophy: My leadership philosophy is grounded in courage, integrity, and a commitment to lifting others as I rise. Early career challenges shaped my belief that leadership is not about hierarchy, but about creating pathways, especially for women navigating complex environments. I am driven to raise and inspire the next generation of female leaders through coaching, mentoring, and sponsorship, and to help build safe, inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive. 

Personal interests or hobbies : I love singing jazz and choir music, ballroom dancing with my hubby, as well as hiking and canoeing.

Philosophy:  I am a serial expat, speaking 7 languages, with a deep curiosity about what drives human behaviour and connections.

Role at PWN Netherlands: As VP Mentoring, I lead our flagship Mentoring Programme, pairing rising leaders with senior mentors for growth, generosity, and genuine connection. I'm passionate about building a vibrant, supportive community where women champion one another across sectors, experiences, and aspirations. Above all, I love helping women step more fully into their potential, and their power.

Personal interests or hobbies: Creative nourishment and expression in myriad forms: from visiting museums, reading, and watching classic films, to  designing, painting, and entertaining. A devoted aunt with friends and family near and far, I travel often to Paris, New York, and Seattle.

Philosophy: When women back each other boldly, we rise faster, further, more joyfully... and we lift everyone with us.

Role at PWN Netherlands: As VP Legal/secretary I am responsible for all legal requirements of PWN Netherlands and the network. PWN Netherlands is an association with its own articles of association regulating amongst others the responsibilities of the board and general rules. I advise that we act in compliance with our articles of association and applicable laws and regulations. My work includes further the review of contracts applicable association, taking minutes of our meetings and of the general assembly. 

Personal interests or hobbies: I love dancing, running and doing yoga. I enjoy getting to know new people with different backgrounds and perspectives, for which PWN provides a great opportunity. The PWN network with its diverse members remains inspiring to me. 

Philosophy: Dream big! I believe that all starts with a dream and we can make steps (together) to get there.
