Six months that change the next 10+ years of your career.

A six-month mentoring programme connecting experienced leaders with professionals navigating growth, transition, or the next bold step. Built on three intelligences - emotional, financial, and technological - and open to corporate, entrepreneurial, and in-between paths.

38% of Dutch women report burnout symptoms. The gender pay gap sits at ~13%. Women make up only ~26% of the global AI workforce. This programme exists because mid-career growth is being held back in three measurable ways — and because mentoring is the most effective lever we have to change that.

1:1 mentoring with community sessions
(4 online + 2 in-person)

Mentees €150 (early bird rates: €100 until 30 June then €125 until 31 July)

(all mentors and mentees must have a valid PWN Netherlands membership
throughout the duration of this programme)

+ PWN NL Membership (€150/year for Premium Membership or €325/year for Entrepreneur Membership).

MENTORS

FREE (no programme contribution)

PWN NL Membership (€150/year for Premium Membership or €325/year for Entrepreneur Membership).

The mentee contribution is used for the cohort's running costs and in-person events - not a fee for the value you'll receive.

L&D budget reimbursement: mentees and mentors can request a structured information pack from our team - programme design, learning outcomes, time commitment - to submit to their employer's learning and development budget.
