Over six months, you'll build the governance knowledge, boardroom confidence, and leadership skills that experience alone doesn't give you — covering everything from finance and AI to ESG and effective board communication.
You'll work one-on-one with a personal mentor who sits on a board today, practise in real board simulations, and graduate with a board-ready CV reviewed by an experienced board leader.
Your profile will then be listed in the AIDAF Board Book — the reference used by more than 270 of Italy's leading family businesses to find qualified board candidates.
