PWN Milan IWOB Programme 2025 – Step into the Boardroom

After the success of its first edition, the PWN Milan IWOB Programme returns to empower women leaders ready to secure or strengthen their presence in boardrooms. This six-month journey blends governance knowledge, leadership development, and strategic networking to prepare participants for board roles.

What’s New in 2025?

  • Cutting-edge content – Explore key topics like Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity alongside governance essentials.
  • Advanced board simulations – Gain hands-on experience in real-world board decision-making.
  • Exclusive learning formats – Engage in in-person sessions, webinars, and on-demand content for flexible learning.
  • IWOB Alumnae Community – Connect with past participants already advancing in their board careers.

Programme Highlights

IWOB is structured around three pillars:

✅ Prepare – Build board-level expertise and understand governance responsibilities.

✅ Learn – Benefit from mentorship by experienced board members.

✅ Connect – Leverage the PWN Milan network of 30,000+ members and the IWOB Alumnae Community to access board opportunities.

The programme kicks off in September 2025, with a networking launch event, and concludes in January 2026 with a graduation ceremony. Starting from February 2026, participants will become part of the IWOB Alumnae Community.

Who Should Apply?

This programme is designed for women who:

  • Currently serve or have served on a private, public, or non-profit board
  • Hold C-Level, Partner, or Director roles and aim to enter or expand their board career
  • Are entrepreneurs or SME leaders seeking governance insights
