PWN Milan Communication Manager

We are looking for volunteers for the 15th edition of the Mentoring Program. The program includes sessions between mentors and mentees over 6 months, 3 in-person events, 2 online training sessions, 3 online events with external speakers, and networking events. Considering the organizational time, the program lasts for 1 year.

What You Will Do:

  • Write all communications for the participants of the program, including emails, invitations, and event announcements.
  • Manage the informational content on the PWN Milan website dedicated to the Mentoring Program.
  • Manage the closed LinkedIn Group (only for program participants).
  • Create content for social media channels


Useful Requirements:

  • Good written English and Italian skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be responsible and respect deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of digital tools, photo and video editing skills, good use of Canva or similar tools, and LinkedIn.
  • Be available to volunteer for the entire duration of the program (January - December 2025).
