Stéphanie Tumba

Stéphanie joined our board in early 2022 and has been an important part of reinvigorating PWN London after the COVID lockdown restrictions. She's known PWN for almost 20 years, including being an active member in the Paris chapter since 2010! In her day job, she is an entrepreneur specialising in investments, acquisitions and marketing strategy. I'm confident that Stéphanie will be a strong leader for PWN London and I am looking forward to seeing what she and her Board does in the new year.

Cherisse Muldoon

Cherisse Muldoon, a Chartered Certified Accountant, relocated to London in 2022 from Jersey, Channel Islands, where she earned her professional accounting qualification. With a diverse professional background, including audit in a Big Four accounting firm in Jersey and forensic accounting in a reputable consulting firm in London, Cherisse brings a wealth of financial and professional expertise to her current role at PWN London. Motivated by a striking observation of gender imbalance, particularly in leadership positions, Cherisse is a passionate advocate. Her commitment led her to join the board of PWN London, championing gender balance, allyship, and empowerment.

Cheska Witcomb

Cheska Witcomb is a Marketing Director, with international experience across a range of sectors including travel, leisure, education and consumer franchising. Having mentored and led globally diverse teams over the last decade and personally seen the benefit of female leadership personal development programs, Cheska joined the PWN London board to help elevate these opportunities and increase the impact they can have on supporting the next generation of female leaders to enjoy sustainable career paths and gender-balanced environments.

Dulcie Domfeh

Dulcie is a seasoned commercial and corporate lawyer with a decade of experience, primarily in the dynamic environment of hedge funds. She has been instrumental in diverse legal domains, including regulatory, funds, corporate, commercial, IT, and finance. Dulcie's expertise extends to international settings and her commitment to fostering ethical practices and compliance is further evident in her role as a Notary Public in England and Wales, where she established her practice at Chancery Notary Public Limited. Dulcie's involvement with PWN London as a Board Member, specifically as the Head of Legal, aligns seamlessly with her dedication to social impact and equality.

Florie Derouet

Florie Derouet is an International Career Development Coach and Facilitator with 15 years of experience within fast-paced multinational companies and start-ups in Paris, Sydney, Singapore and London. Aspiring for a better world for our children, she decided to engage in climate actions and gender-equality initiatives. Joining the PWN London Board presents for her an amazing opportunity to contribute to the acceleration of gender-balanced leadership and women's empowerment.

Jasmine Tan

Jasmine joined the PWN London Board in 2022, determined to support the organisation in its recovery from COVID lockdowns. Having come from a traditional Asian society trending on political volatility, she is always looking to make the world that little bit better for women or such groups that are affected by historic biases. When she's not supporting the Board and PWN London members advance gender-balanced leadership, she is a Compensation Manager for Disney EMEA.

Minna is a qualified lawyer and company secretary with extensive experience advising both listed and private companies across a broad range of sectors. She has significant experience in corporate governance, strategic M&A, and joint ventures. Minna is a keen advocate of women’s rights and gender equality. She joined the Board in January 2024.

Ola Kotun is a transformative and charismatic leader with a robust clinical background and extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Head of Clinical Operating Model at Nuffield Health, Ola oversees the integration and management of the clinical operating model across multiple health systems, including 37 hospitals.  
Ola's commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident through her development of equal opportunities recruitment initiatives and her ongoing research in healthcare leadership trends. She is a sought-after speaker and mentor, and her work has been featured in numerous healthcare publications.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Sarisha is committed to fostering inclusive environments where everyone can thrive with kindness and compassion at its core. Sarisha is passionate about this subject having grown up in rainbow nation of South Africa. Her work as a facilitator and speaker has inspired many to embrace diversity and harness the power of a growth mindset.

Frances Findlay

An entrepreneur since 2003, Frances has managed her own construction and villa rental company, Kefalonian Homes in Greece. In the past 6 years, she has been managing the solo artist HOL and advanced her formal qualifications with a bachelor's in Music Management and Creative Enterprise. Ever the learner, in September 2024 she will begin her Masters degree in Digital Marketing and Communications, a distance learning course. Frances' roles within the music industry included music distribution, gig and live bookings, management, promotion and music marketing. She has worked in various roles within the marketing industry since 1992.
