O Programa de Liderança da PWN Lisbon é uma iniciativa de desenvolvimento pessoal ao longo de 12 sessões, desenhada para quem quer aprofundar competências de liderança, ampliar a sua rede de contatos e maximizar o impacto profissional e pessoal — numa abordagem ancorada em casos reais e aprendizagem entre pares.
Para quem é profissionais em posições de liderança — atuais ou em construção — que sentem que as ferramentas tradicionais de gestão já não respondem à complexidade atual (IA, equipas híbridas, ritmo de mudança, peso emocional) e procuram um espaço estruturado para refletir, experimentar e crescer. É para quem quer adquirir novas competências, uma rede sólida de pares e um plano concreto para os próximos passos.
O que vamos trabalhar
Liderança e Arquitetura Interior — Fisiologia do stress, sono e ciclos de energia, nutrição para a cognição, agilidade emocional e prevenção do burnout.
Liderar os Outros — Storytelling, persuasão, segurança psicológica e dinâmicas de equipa em contextos híbridos.
Liderar na Mudança — Liderança aumentada por IA, geopolítica e pensamento por cenários, criatividade, competências do futuro do trabalho.
Propósito e Impacto — Tomada de decisão ética, ESG, liderança regenerativa, life design e arquitetura de carreira.
O que nos diferencia da Liderança aplicada, com aprendizagem ancorada em evidência. Experiência prática, com estudos de caso reais e processo estruturado de peer learning. Comunidade inspiradora, com networking integrado em cada sessão.
Duração: 30 horas · Sessões às quintas-feiras, 19:00h–21:00h, entre 17 de setembro de 2026 e 10 de dezembro de 2026 (mais informação no enlace abaixo)
Formato Misto: Sessões presenciais e sessões online (não hibridas)
Local das sessões presenciais: A confirmar, podendo ser variável, em função da disponibilidade dos parceiros da PWN Lisbon

Em qualquer dos casos, o pagamento do fee do programa e da adesão de membro apenas será solicitado após confirmação da seleção.

Mentoring is recognised as cost-effective and impactful way to prepare future business leaders. In the past years 60% of people who participated in a PWN mentoring programme have gone on to achieve their life change goal, including promotions and career changes. This could be the start of the rest of your life!
They have the support of a team that accompanies the pair as needed and organizes get-togethers aimed at networking and sharing. The program has grown significantly given its result orientation and mentors report that learning is mutual.
PWN Lisbon’s mentoring program pairs together mentees, PWN members, with mentors who are references in their areas.
The program is designed for three different segments of seniority, from board-ready women to those taking their first steps in their professional career.

YOUTH is a multidisciplinary program designed to create and promote a new generation of women leaders.
It is aimed at women between the ages of 28 and 35, and is governed by the principles of co-creation, collaboration, and connection.
The program is structured into five modules, led by renowned experts from the academic and business worlds, under the coordination of PWN Lisbon.
