YOUTH is a multidisciplinary program designed to create and promote a new generation of women leaders.
It is aimed at women between the ages of 28 and 35, and is governed by the principles of co-creation, collaboration, and connection.
The program is structured into five modules, led by renowned experts from the academic and business worlds, under the coordination of PWN Lisbon.

Program launch event date: January 21st, 2026 (in-person event)
Weekly sessions:January 28th to May 27th, 2026
Schedule: Wednesdays, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Format: In-person and online sessions
Closing session: June 3rd, 2026 (in-person event)

IMPORTANT REMARKS:
It is mandatory to have a valid PWN Lisbon membership throughout the program, either as a Premium Member or Corporate Member, but payment will only be required after your admission is confirmed.
If you are not yet a PWN Lisbon member, membership registration will only be requested after your selection for the program is confirmed.
If you work for a PWN Lisbon corporate partner, check if your company covers the membership and/or program fees before making any payments.

PWN Lisbon’s mentoring program pairs together mentees, PWN members, with mentors who are references in their areas.
The program is designed for three different segments of seniority, from board-ready women to those taking their first steps in their professional career.
