Marketing & Events Manager
Help planning and coordinating events, developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing event communications, creating promotional content, and collaborating with speakers, partners, sponsors and volunteers. You will also help to oversee event logistics, support member engagement, helps strengthen PWN Frankfurt's brand and visibility across all digital channels. You will have amazing organisational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and tthe ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
Programme Coordinator
You will be supporting VP Programmes in planning, coordinating, and delivering PWN Frankfurt's portfolio of programmes, assisting with programme logistics and administration. You will also be helping to coordinate programme schedules, managing participant communications, supporting programme participants. Also working closely with Marketing & Event Manager to promote programmes, monitor programme outcomes and participant feedback, helping to ensure successful delivery. You will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, effective communication and being able to identify best practices and procedures for future programs.
Member Engagement & Community Volunteer
Help our members feel welcome and connected from the moment they join, and support the admin and data tasks that keep our membership running smoothly. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, who is quick to learn new systems, and full of ideas for streamlining operations. You will also help to oversee event logistics, support member engagement, helps strengthen PWN Frankfurt's brand and visibility across all digital channels. You will have amazing organisational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
