The PWN Frankfurt Mentoring Programme creates meaningful connections between experienced professionals and women seeking guidance, inspiration, and support in their professional journey. Through structured mentoring relationships, participants gain new perspectives, accelerate their development, and become part of a supportive international community.

OUR MISSION To connect international women in Frankfurt through meaningful mentoring relationships that foster professional growth, confidence, leadership development, and lasting connections.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES Grow Careers - Support women in gaining clarity, navigating career challenges, exploring opportunities, and advancing professionally. Build Confidence - Help participants recognise their strengths, increase self-confidence, and take meaningful action toward their goals. Create Connections - Foster trusted relationships and strengthen the international professional community in Frankfurt. Develop Future Leaders - Encourage mentors and mentees alike to grow their leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities. Share Knowledge Across Cultures - Create opportunities for women from different industries, backgrounds, and nationalities to learn from one another. Strengthen the PWN Frankfurt Community - Increase engagement, belonging, and support among members while creating a sustainable programme for future years.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
Programme Duration
September 2026 – June 2027
Mentoring Relationship • One mentor matched with one mentee • Monthly mentoring conversations • Recommended commitment: 1–2 hours per month • Flexible format (online or in-person)
PROGRAMME EVENTS
Kick-Off Event Meet the community, discover the programme, and launch the mentoring journey. Mid-Programme Check-In Reflect on progress, exchange experiences, and strengthen connections. Closing Celebration Celebrate achievements, lessons learned, and future opportunities.
What Participants Can Expect
Mentees By the end of the programme, mentees should have: • Greater career clarity • Increased confidence • Expanded professional networks • Progress toward at least one professional goal • New perspectives and insights Mentors By the end of the programme, mentors should have: • Strengthened leadership and coaching skills • Increased personal fulfilment • Expanded professional networks • The satisfaction of contributing to another woman's growth
