Teg Malla

Teg Malla is a seasoned nonprofit consultant and an entrepreneur with over 25 years experience across Asia and Europe. She was awarded Paul Harris Fellow in recognition of her work as Chair, Social Projects at an international Rotary Club in Brussels. Teg is certified in SAP FI/CO and has a postgraduate in Strategic Management & Leadership and a Master in Social Sciences in Nonprofit Management. Teg is currently pursuing doctoral research on “Women and Philanthropy”. She enjoys collecting and promoting Himalayan art, travelling, reading, and hiking during her free time.


HeloÏse Duran

Heloïse holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering – Operations Management from the University of Ghent and currently works as an Operations Manager at Katoen Natie, a global logistics and engineering company. Passionate about creating impact, she joined PWI to contribute to the empowerment of women. In her free time, she enjoys reading and exploring new places around the world.

Ozana Popescu

Ozana combines over 17 years of management and financial expertise with a deep passion for innovation and continuous learning. With a master’s degree in finance and a strong background in economics, she excels at uncovering fresh problem-solving perspectives and unlocking the potential of individuals and teams. For the past seven years, Ozana has been a key driver of digital transformation, loyalty, and CRM solutions at Maxeda DIY Group. She leads agile, cross-functional teams, seamlessly blending her financial acumen with a focus on data analytics and reporting to deliver impactful, customer-centric results


Hanne Thomassen Inderhaug

Hanne is a Brussels-based public affairs professional working for a company that advises associations and companies on EU sustainability and energy policy. Originally from Oslo, she has a legal background with academic and professional experience spanning European law, circular economy, and responsible business conduct. 
Hanne is particularly passionate about sustainability in the fashion and textiles sector, and has worked on issues such as green public procurement, sustainable production, and due diligence regulation. She joined PWI to connect with other purpose-driven women, contribute to a supportive professional community, and grow through shared learning and mentorship.

Nadiia Gaidak

Nadiia’s journey is a vibrant blend of cultures, languages, and professional experiences. Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, she began her career as a lawyer specializing in European, International, Human Rights, and Criminal Law. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to Brussels, where she earned two Master’s degrees and transitioned from law to event management—a field where her true passion lies: creating meaningful connections through multicultural, multilingual environments. Today, as co-owner of the event agency Anything Anywhere Anytime, Nadiia channels her problem-solving spirit and love for travel into crafting unforgettable experiences that bridge people and places.


Elena Rizzo

Originally from Italy, Elena holds a Law degree from Università degli Studi di Pavia and a Master’s in European Studies from Maastricht University. After living in the Netherlands and Sweden, she is now based in Brussels. Elena shares: “Since moving to Brussels, I’ve come to value the power of meaningful connections and contributing to something impactful. That’s why I joined PWI—to support its mission and help bring inspiring events to life.”

Chrysanthi Vazitari

Chrysa is a PCC-certified coach, silver awarded as the "Best EMEA Coach" and founder of Chrysalogy and GrowthUP. She is Greek but she has been living for 9 years now in Brussels. She pivoted from being a Teacher of Ancient Greek to an Adviser in the EU bubble world and now she's an entrepreneur. She works with passionate people to get career clarity, and advancement, or completely pivot their careers in a FUN and Creative way! Outside work, Chrysa enjoys travelling, dancing, playing sports and cooking.

Katarzyna Cynar

Kasia is an Account Manager with over 5 years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships. Originally from Poland, she has been living in Brussels for six years. She is recognized for her proactive approach and commitment to driving continuous improvement in both her professional and personal endeavours. Beyond work, Kasia likes to spend her free time playing beach volleyball, hiking, travelling and reading books.

Ellen Röeck

Ellen participated in the PWI mentoring program in 2022 and continued as a volunteer. She has several years of experience in the European Institutions and is currently working on European affairs and projects in the city of Mannheim. She is passionate on topics related to gender equality and international politics and loves working in an international environment.

Whitley Isa

Whitley Isa is a photographer based in Brussels. Born in Antwerp, of Nigerian parentage, Whitley grew up with a love of photography and was always capturing & documenting life around her. After graduating from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels with a degree in Applied Economics, she ventured into the corporate world, where she gained valuable experience in digital marketing while simultaneously growing her photography career in the fields of fashion and portraiture. Her photography work focuses on identity personality to tell authentic stories that emphasize empowerment. Inspired by her corporate background, she also highlights Black beauty & culture in professional environments.

Catherine Marton

Catherine Marton is a creative and conceptual thinker. With over 28 years of experience as a designer and marketing consultant, she has built a strong track record working with both fast-moving consumer goods and B2B companies. She combines creativity with sharp organizational skills and works strategically alongside her clients as an external communication partner. With her company Quillium, she’s always on the lookout for original and effective concepts. Catherine creates solutions that align perfectly with a brand’s identity and objectives of her customers. As a graphic and strategic ally, she supports companies with a wide range of marketing skills and tailor-made graphic solutions - online or printed - always with impact, flexibility and respect in mind.

Iiris André is a communications professional with a decade of experience in different communication and management roles inside and outside of Brussels. As part of the PWI Volunteering Team, Iiris is in charge of our monthly newsletter.

Rhonda Ocha

Rhonda has lived in Belgium for over 30 years and has over four decades of business experience with leading global companies, including 25 years with Mastercard Europe. She is a former co-Chair of the Mastercard Women’s Leadership Network and steering committee member since 2008. 
Her international career includes senior management roles in business development and key account sales within the transportation, IT and financial technology industries. 
She has extensive experience in leading cross-functional global and virtual teams in business development to deliver and implement innovative, complex, multi-market digital products, services and solutions in the US and across Europe. 
She is an Advisory Board Member since 2018 and an active contributor to the STEAM programme. Public speaker, mentor and changemaker, she is a passionate advocate for gender balanced leadership, diversity of thought and equity

Paula Moral Santiago

Paula Moral showed an interest in Math and Science from an early age. She studied Industrial Engineering at Polytechnic University in Madrid, and completed her education at the Ecole Centrale in Paris and Cranfield University in the UK. She has developed her career in the food and automotive manufacturing industries. An advocate for diverse leadership and gender balance in Technical and Engineering careers, she is thrilled to lead the STEAM program in PWI.

Mimma Pernetti

Mimma is a chemical engineer with PhD in biotechnology, who, after her first 25 years in Rome (Italy), continued studying and working in several European countries, such as France, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium. After a post doc in lipid structuring, she joined the pharma industry, with different roles, in research and development, sales and marketing and commercial strategy in different business areas, in Local Operating Companies and Global Organisations. She’s now senior Director Product and Portfolio Strategy, responsible for the developing the commercial strategy for new vaccines. She’s a STEM enthusiastic, passionate about people development and new technologies. She’s mother of two teenager daughters and wife of a sportive IT engineer. Like many other women (and men) she juggles between career, family and personal life, trying to learn, keep fit, have fun and make a difference in the world. 


Helen Ruggiero

With over 20 years of international experience in regulatory science, sustainability, and product stewardship across the oil, chemical, textile, and consulting industries, Helen brings a wealth of expertise. She is passionate about mentoring and advancing female leadership in STEAM fields.

Olga Rovira

Olga has an academic background in Industrial Chemistry Engineering from the University of Zaragoza (Spain) and in Structural Molecular Biology from the University of London (UK). Her professional experience spans over 20 years in the biotechnological/pharmaceutical industry as part of both small biotech and large multinational corporations. Currently she is running KONTIVAX, her own consultancy company, where she acts as Regulatory Affairs Senior Consultant in the field of Vaccines.

Gülşah Öznesil

Engineer from academic background and chartered project manager. She is experienced in holding leadership positions in several different companies in heavy industries. She served in D&I boards, young graduate programmes, as well as worked as mentor and coach. She strongly believes in empowering more women with STEM backgrounds into leadership positions. Outside of work, she enjoys walking with her dogs in nature and volunteering in different networks.

Zineb Ameziane

With over a decade of experience in talent development and people management, I’ve always been drawn to what drives real growth in people. Recently I have been pursuing a Master’s in Adult Learning to align my career more closely with what I value most: human potential. For me, personal development isn’t just a passion, it became a necessity during key transitions in my life. When I’m not working, I love traveling and enjoy creative writing as they both help me stay curious and nurture imagination, which I believe is essential to growth.
