Barbara Vercruysse

Barbara Vercruysse has more than 25 professional years as an entrepreneur and business consultant, she is a Global Kindness Advocate, Mentor, Thought Leader and Public Speaker. As a Quality Manager and Operational Excellence Lead at a group of BMW dealerships, Gregoir, she combines her skills and experience as a business owner, manager, coach and leader to synchronise the high BMW standards with a welcoming work environment. 
Since surviving a stage 4 cancer 20 years ago, she dedicates herself to leaving a positive legacy through bringing a message of empowerment with kindness and compassion.

Ozana Popescu

Ozana combines over 17 years of management and financial expertise with a deep passion for innovation and continuous learning. With a master’s degree in finance and a strong background in economics, she excels at uncovering fresh problem-solving perspectives and unlocking the potential of individuals and teams. For the past seven years, Ozana has been a key driver of digital transformation, loyalty, and CRM solutions at Maxeda DIY Group. She leads agile, cross-functional teams, seamlessly blending her financial acumen with a focus on data analytics and reporting to deliver impactful, customer-centric results

Flavia Silvestroni 

Flavia is an Italian born lawyer specialised in international trade law and procurement law. Her professional experience comprises both international law firms as well as international organisations where she contributed to the negotiations of important agreements of the EU with Third Countries or international organisations. 
In Brussels she founded the Belgian chapter of the Alumni Association for La Sapienza University and was an active member of the board of the Italian women's association DIRE. She currently works at the European Commission with focus on Energy and is happily married with a Belgian national.

Teg Malla

Teg Malla is a nonprofit consultant and social entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across Asia and Europe. Guided by a strong belief in profit with purpose, she has helped raise multi-million-dollar funding for a wide range of nonprofit organisations. 
In the 1990s, Teg founded a fair-trade social enterprise supporting disadvantaged and marginalised women in Nepal, which was recognised as the Best New Business in Scotland by The Prince of Wales Trust. At an international Rotary Club in Brussels, her commitment to social change has also been recognised through the Paul Harris Fellowship. 
Teg holds a Master’s in Social Sciences (Nonprofit Management), a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management. 
Beyond her professional work, Teg is passionate about Himalayan art, enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time in nature hiking.

Chrysanthi Vazitari

Chrysa is a PCC-certified coach, silver awarded as the "Best EMEA Coach" and founder of Chrysalogy and GrowthUP. She is Greek but she has been living for 9 years now in Brussels. She pivoted from being a Teacher of Ancient Greek to an Adviser in the EU bubble world and now she's an entrepreneur. She works with passionate people to get career clarity, and advancement, or completely pivot their careers in a FUN and Creative way! Outside work, Chrysa enjoys travelling, dancing, playing sports and cooking.

Anaida Dibra

Anaida has spent over 20 years in senior HR leadership across industries as diverse as manufacturing, automotive, food service, and the NGO sector. Along the way, one of the biggest learning was that people, culture, and leadership are at the heart of every organization’s success. Today, she runs her own consultancy, 2AMA BV, where she helps organizations align HR strategies, develop leaders, and build inclusive cultures that truly make a difference. Being part of the PWI Brussels Advisory Board has allowed her to give back and support other women in their professional journeys. She is passionate about mentoring, advancing diversity, building allyships and creating opportunities so women can grow and thrive in leadership roles. Seeing women grow, succeed, and support each other is what drives her every day. She is a proud mother of Meghi and Adea.

Susannah Haan

Susannah is a non-profit leader with over 20 years' experience in trade associations, governance, EU capital market & entrepreneurship public policy. Susannah has previously served as the Secretary General of European Issuers, a Brussels-based association which represents the interests of publicly traded companies in Europe, an adviser on the post financial crisis to the Financial Reporting Council, the UK regulator for corporate reporting and governance, an Associate Director of Public Affairs at Fidelity International, a major international asset management firm, a Senior Legal Adviser to the CBI (Confederation of British Industry) and a solicitor at Clifford Chance, a leading City law firm.

Cristina Vicini

Cristina Vicini is a seasoned board member and senior executive with a distinguished career spanning innovative companies and charities across Europe and North America. With expertise in international company development, digital innovation, and governance, she has held leadership and P&L roles at global technology giants like Microsoft and Siemens, as well as in the public sector and nonprofit arenas. A passionate advocate for women’s economic empowerment, Cristina chairs The International Alliance for Women Foundation and mentors with the European Women on Board Foundation. Honored with the 2015 TIAW World of Difference Award, she also serves as Honorary President of PWI Brussels, where she was president from 2006 to 2011. Cristina holds Master’s degrees in International Management and Computer Science and balances her professional life with a love of golf and family.

Rhonda Ocha

Rhonda has lived in Belgium for over 30 years and has over four decades of business experience with leading global companies, including 25 years with Mastercard Europe. She is a former co-Chair of the Mastercard Women’s Leadership Network and steering committee member since 2008. Her international career includes senior management roles in business development and key account sales within the transportation, IT and financial technology industries. She has extensive experience in leading cross-functional global and virtual teams in business development to deliver and implement innovative, complex, multi-market digital products, services and solutions in the US and across Europe. She is an Advisory Board Member since 2018 and an active contributor to the STEAM programme. Public speaker, mentor and changemaker, she is a passionate advocate for gender balanced leadership, diversity of thought and equity.

Geert Maesmans

Geert is the oldest of 6 siblings, decided to become an engineer and later stumbled into Research and Development Leadership. Geert strongly believes in diversity and inclusion, a concept in line with his own values. In his career he has experienced the power of inclusive teams who perform better and innovate more. Geert's collaboration will help us to engage men in advancing gender parity at workplace and society.
