She has served on more than 20 boards, including 9 listed companies, 7 private companies, and 5 NGOs, and has worked extensively with board development, transformation, AI, governance, and leadership. She designs board and leadership development programs that combine research, simulations, reflection, and experiential learning approaches. Her work places strong emphasis on the human dimension of leadership — supporting leaders and boards in navigating transformation while fostering learning, meaning, adaptability, and human-centered value creation. Liselotte is Chair of the Nordic network Boards Impact Forum, Fellow at the Institute of Coaching (Harvard), and co-author of several books and research publications on boards and leadership. Her work includes AI Leadership for Corporate Boards, developed in collaboration with Chalmers University and INSEAD; research on Dynamic Board Capabilities together with the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and INSEAD; and Leading a Board: Chairs’ Practices Across Europe, developed with INSEAD. Alongside her board and leadership work, she is also a multimedia artist working under the artist name Novisali, exploring reflection, creativity, and human perspectives through art.
