Yıldız Bozkurt Özcan, General Manager of Med Marine Holding A.Ş., joined in 2015 as Group CFO, became Deputy General Manager in 2016 and has led the company as General Manager since 2020 — a path from finance into frontline maritime operations, in an industry where conditions change faster than any plan survives.
Yıldız is also President of PWN Istanbul, a role she has held since 2013.
