Description
Yıldız Bozkurt Özcan is General Manager of Med Marine, a leading Turkish shipbuilder and tugboat operator, where she has held a senior leadership role since 2015. Before entering the maritime industry, she spent 25 years in banking, holding senior executive positions at Akbank, ABN AMRO and the Royal Bank of Scotland. A graduate of Boğaziçi University, she also holds a master’s degree in International Banking and Finance from the University of Southampton. Beyond her executive role, Yıldız is President and a founding member of PWN Istanbul, and actively contributes to initiatives supporting women’s leadership, professional development and representation in business internationally.
