About the Event
Join us as we kick off the PWN Dublin 2026 Engaging Men as Allies Programme.
For our launch event, we have designed a highly interactive evening, with table topic discussions and a keynote from Robert Baker, global expert on allyship and PWN Dublin’s own Allyship and Inclusive Leadership Partner.
Robert’s keynote will cover:
- Overview of the latest research and trends on allyship and inclusive leadership
- Inclusivity - beyond gender
- Authentic, inclusive leadership
Robert will also give us an overview of the Engaging Men as Allies programme and share with us an example of what the workshops entail.
Registrations will close at midnight on 10th March 2026.
Programme Highlights and Key Dates
The programme consists of two evening events, kindly sponsored by William Fry, and two half-day workshops, kindly sponsored by ESB.
- The two evening events are in person, hosted by William Fry, and open to all. They are a great opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations and be part of the ripple effect. These events are open to all members and corporate partner representatives.
- The two half-day workshops are for men-only, limited to 25 participants. designed to create and supportive space to reflect on learn more about why being an ally matters, and how to be more intentionally in how you model inclusive leadership in all aspects of life.
- The programme also includes two x1 hour post workshop check-ins, online, to support the group turn insights into action. Together, we create a highly interactive environment, focussed on experiential learning and peer support.

- 25th March: 9am-12pm - Men’s Workshop Morning 1 in ESB
- 28th April: 9am-12pm - Men’s Workshop Morning 2 in ESB
- 19th May: 6pm-9pm – Closing Event William Fry
