PWN Global

PWN Global Insights Circle Programme Guide

Step 1 Understanding Your Role

As a voice, you’re not just presenting - you’re facilitating a conversation that unites local and global perspectives. Our sessions emphasise “glocal” (global + local) synergy, blending regional experiences with worldwide insights to help participants grow.
  • Session Goals: Inspire, educate, and connect. Encourage interaction through Q&A, polls, or breakouts to build community.
  • Audience: PWN members from diverse backgrounds- professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders- eager for practical takeaways (per our survey: 78% seek visibility and connections).
  • Your Impact: By sharing authentically, you’ll help participants apply insights to their careers, while gaining feedback and new connections yourself.

Step 2 Session Formats

We offer flexible formats to suit your style and topic. Choose one or combine:
  • Panel of Experts: 3-5 speakers discuss a theme with moderated Q&A (ideal for diverse views).
  • Podcast-Style Interview: Conversational deep-dive, recorded for replay (great for storytelling).
  • Storyteller Session: Share a personal journey with reflective prompts for audience sharing.
  • Interactive Workshop: Hands-on activities, polls, or breakouts (70% survey preference for engagement).
  • Problem-Solving Roundtable: Group discussion on challenges, with breakout rooms.
  • Quick Tips Lightning Talk: Short, actionable advice followed by an open forum.
Sessions run 60–90 minutes: 40-60% presentation, 40% interaction. We’ll match your format to audience needs.

Step 3 Preparation Timeline

  • Week 1-2 (Post-Confirmation): Confirm topic and format. Share your bio, headshot, and session outline (e.g., key points, interactive elements). Provide examples of your work (e.g., website links, past talks, articles) for promotion.
  • Week 3: Tech check (Zoom/Teams; we’ll handle setup). Review audience demographics and survey insights for relevance.
  • Week 4: Rehearse (optional 30-min dry-run with our team). Finalise slides/materials (keep visual: 5-10 slides max, focus on stories over text).
  • On the day: Log in 15 min early. We’ll moderate intros/Q&A.
  • Post-Session: Receive feedback summary; join optional debrief (15 min).

Tips for Success:
  • Start with a hook (e.g., personal anecdote).
  • Encourage participation: Use polls (“How many use AI daily?”) or questions (“Share a challenge in chat”).
  • Keep inclusive: Acknowledge diverse time zones/cultures.
  • Time management: Allocate for Q&A to foster connections.

Step 4 Best Practices and Resources

  • Content Tips: Align to survey themes (see list below). Focus on actionable insights-e.g., “Here’s how I integrated AI; try this step.” Avoid sales pitches; emphasise empowerment.
  • Technical Setup: Stable internet, quiet space, webcam. Use a shared screen for visuals. Backup: Have notes offline.
  • Inclusivity Guidelines: Use gender-neutral language; encourage all voices; provide accessibility (e.g., captions if needed).
  • Resources Provided: Slide template if required, promo graphics (for your LinkedIn), session recording (shareable post-event).
  • Support Team: GEL for content; Event Manager for logistics; Communication Manager for promotion; Programme Manager

Step 5 Post-Session and Ongoing Involvement

  • Feedback Loop: We’ll send participant ratings (aim for 85%+ satisfaction) and quotes. Use this to refine future contributions.
  • Recognition: Verbal thanks during session; social media spotlight (e.g., “Thanks to [You] for inspiring us on AI!”); social channels post session.
  • Next Steps: Recommend peers; join as participants; propose follow-up topics. We’re grateful for your contribution- your insights will spark lasting connections. Let’s make this a transformative experience!
