February 2026 Inside the Mind of a Hiring Manager

In this event, PWN Zug & Zurich delivered a highly interactive evening with career change expert - Emily Rappitt. The session flipped the lens on the standard practice of focusing on what candidates should do. Instead, Emily took our audience inside the mind of the hiring manager — and shared with us how decisions are really made and what quietly influences them. Needless to say, our attendees left the session knowing how to position themselves so their value and impact are obvious.
