Who we are Emily is here to help you turn your toughest career moments into your most powerful advantage. She is a leadership and career expert, mentor, speaker, and strategist, supporting professionals through redundancy, job search, career transitions, and the realities of working through corporate disruption. Emily’s 30-year career was built at the heart of disruption — crises, failing projects, fractured leadership teams, cost-cutting, and digital transformation, all under intense regulatory and public scrutiny. As a Forensic Director at Deloitte, she worked with Fortune 500 organisations in moments of chaos. She led teams through uncertainty, built trust in the toughest environments, and was often the person leaders turned to when everything was on the line. Emily also sat on the other side of the table, as a hiring manager making critical decisions about who joined her teams. And she experienced career disruption personally, including redundancy when she stepped out of consultancy into industry. After three decades in senior corporate roles, I founded Emily Julia Coaching to bring that same clarity, stability, and momentum to driven professionals and forward-thinking organisations. I combine deep human insight with custom-built AI tools — a high-tech, high-touch approach that helps clients think better, move forward faster, and make stronger career decisions. Alongside this, I also support women navigating menopause at work, helping them sustain performance, confidence, and wellbeing during a significant life and career transition.
