The Story Behind AMILLA Fine Jewelry Catja and Jana Straub’s Swiss roots and global adventures have profoundly influenced their professional journey. With a traditional Swiss apprenticeship in graphic design and technical drawing, Jana set off in her early twenties to build a career in tourism, while Catja discovered her passion for jewelry and gemstones in Malaysia. After reuniting in Switzerland, they founded AMILLA Fine Jewelry—a brand that combines versatile style with vibrant color: playful and effortlessly extra for every occasion. What is AMILLA Fine Jewelry? We specialize in setting gemstones in 18-karat gold, creating unique pieces that become your own precious talisman. Whether you’re drawn to vibrant colors or inspired by the natural energy of gemstones —perhaps seeking your birthstone or a personal lucky stone — we believe it should take the form of a stunning piece of jewelry: earrings, a pendant or a ring that you’ll love to wear every day. Since some days are spent in the office or running around, and others call for dressing up for a night out or a special event, we use a modular and detachable concept.
