Who we are

I help ambitious professionals mainly in corporate roles or financial services find clarity and direction using 10 years of strategic coaching experience and over 20 years of real-world leadership experience as an ex UBS MD and ex CFO of a UBS Spin Off. I have enjoyed a career spanning 3 continents (Australia, USA and Switzerland) and 3 decades, I am an Australian and have now lived in Switzerland for many years with my Swiss husband and Swiss/Aussie adult kids. I am the current President of the SFI Swiss Finance Institute Alumni Association, essentially a group of Swiss private bankers. Until 2025 I volunteered at ICF Switzerland (International Coach Federation) as well as representing Switzerland on the European Council for WeConnect International (Women owned Businesses). I was President of the PWG Zurich from 2000 - 2004. I created my own company BlueSky Development AG for my coaching and consulting services. I encourage my coachees to broaden their horizons and Reach for the Sky!
