Araceli excels in senior stakeholder management, particularly at the Board and C-Suite level, as well as in managing large-scale global teams. Renowned for her ability to drive change, inspire people, and deliver results, she combines strategic acumen with a deep understanding of people development and complex decision-making in high-stakes environments. As CEO and founder of Power of Change, Araceli now focuses on leadership coaching and mentoring. She empowers senior leaders to unlock their potential and navigate complex change. She is also a Board member of EMCC Global, driving the Thought Leadership agenda worldwide.
