PWN Zug & Zurich Events Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

PWN Zug Zurich (“PWN ZZ”) is subject to various cancellation policies imposed by its suppliers.

To mitigate its financial risks, cancellations by registered participants to an event are not entitled to any refunds. If, however, the cancellation is caused by exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered by the President based on the individual case. In case a refund is considered appropriate, the refund will be granted in the form of a credit voucher which can be redeemed for future events of PWN Zug Zurich. The credit voucher is valid for 12 months.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING POLICY

During a PWN Zug & Zurich (“PWN ZZ”) event, photography, audio, and video recording (collectively referred to as "Recordings") may occur.  The image and /or voice of any attendee may be included in such Recordings. By participating in a PWN ZZ event, you consent to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of such Recordings to be used for inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by PWN ZZ and/or its representatives. You release PWN ZZ, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the making, digitising, or publication and use of any Recordings. You waive (1) all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of those materials and (2) any right to inspect or approve any Recordings taken by the PWN ZZ or the person or entity designated to do so by PWN ZZ.
