Unlock Your Potential with PWN’s Mentoring Programme
Since 2014, mentoring has been at the heart of PWN Zug & Zurich, empowering ambitious professionals to grow, lead, and thrive. Whether you’re at a crossroads in your career, eager to step into leadership, or simply passionate about continuous learning, our mentoring program offers the guidance, support, and inspiration you need to take the next step with confidence.
Why Mentoring
At PWN, we believe mentoring is a catalyst for change. It’s more than just advice—it’s a transformative relationship between an experienced professional (Mentor) and a driven individual (Mentee). Through tailored one-on-one mentorship, we create an environment where knowledge, insights, and experiences are shared to accelerate career growth, expand perspectives, and build meaningful professional connections.
A Proven Path to Gender-Balanced Leadership
PWN is committed to fostering gender-balanced leadership, and mentoring is one of the most powerful tools to help individuals navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and step into leadership roles with confidence. Whether you're looking to refine your communication skills, improve work-life balance, transition into leadership, or explore entrepreneurship, our mentoring program provides the structure and support to help you succeed.

Who is behind the PWN Mentoring Programme?
PWN Zug & Zurich relies on the excellent volunteer work of several of its members. Code of Ethics
PWN Zug & Zurich, like many other organizations, is committed to maintaining and promoting excellent practice in mentoring. We are building our Mentor Programme in a step by step process around a recognized professional framework. EMCC is one of the leading global organizations in the mentoring field. One of our next steps is to adopt the Global Code of Ethics set out by the European Mentor and Coaching Council. We anticipate that you can identify with the Code of Ethics as it relates to mentors and mentoring (it also applies to those who coach or supervise). We, therefore, ask all our mentors to adhere to the Code of Ethics as part of our shared commitment and desire to conduct our mentoring work professionally.
Read and download the code of ethics here.
