Approximately 250 members, entrepreneurs, business leaders, partners and friends of the organization gathered for PWN Romania’s annual summer celebration, an evening dedicated to connection, contribution and the joy of growing together.

On 15 July, the beautiful gardens of Jubile Concept Pipera provided the setting for an anniversary event marking 15 years of PWN Romania’s activity and the evolution of its community in Romania.

Held under the theme “Garden of Growth,” the event brought together approximately 250 guests and created a space for meaningful conversations, reconnection and the celebration of the people who have contributed to the organization's development over the years.

The concept of the evening was inspired by a simple idea: a community grows through the people who choose to become involved, share their experiences, and create opportunities for others.

“When we reflected on the theme of this evening, we realized that it is not only about the future. It is, in fact, about our own story. Fifteen years ago, a seed was planted, and today we see not simply an organization, but a community that has taken root and flourished,” said Monica Eugeniu, the President of PWN Romania, in her anniversary address.

The experience was designed around authentic, informal networking, culinary experiences, artistic performances and conversations among women at different stages of their professional careers and personal lives.

Community members, entrepreneurs, business leaders, partners and guests had the opportunity to meet again, connect and reconnect, discover new perspectives and build relationships in the relaxed atmosphere of a summer evening.

The programme also featured an emotional piano recital by David Dumitrescu, a Riamor fashion presentation inspired by the “Garden Elegance” theme, and an anniversary concert performed by Dan Bittman.

Beyond the artistic programme, the event celebrated the relationships built over the past 15 years and the contribution of everyone who has supported the community: members, Board teams, volunteers, special guests, lecturers and speakers involved in the organisation’s programmes, partners and sponsors.

One of the evening’s most symbolic elements was the Tree of Growth, a symbol dedicated to the future of PWN Romania.

Guests were invited to contribute their own values, initiatives and ideas for the future of the community. They wrote their messages on cards and placed them on the “Tree of Growth”, transforming it into a visual representation of the community’s collective aspirations.

The messages included themes such as courage, trust, empathy, solidarity, sustainability, friendship and the development of projects with a positive social impact.

Other contributions referred to feminine energy directed towards mutual growth, the power of community, the importance of bringing the stories of remarkable women into the public spotlight and the desire to build sustainable initiatives.

Under the message “The next chapter starts with all of us,” the “Tree of Growth” expressed one of the event’s central ideas: the future of the community is shaped by the values, initiatives and contributions that each person chooses to bring.

“Today, we have both the privilege and the responsibility of planting the seeds of the next 15 years: seeds of courage, trust, generosity and solidarity. Seeds that will grow into opportunities for future generations,” said Monica Eugeniu, the President of PWN Romania.

PWN Romania’s 15th anniversary comes at an important moment for the organisation, also marked by the election of a new Board of Directors, which will coordinate the next stage of its development.

The new team aims to strengthen PWN Romania as a space for learning, collaboration and representation, where women can access relevant experiences, tools and relationships to support their professional journeys.

Beginning in September 2026, the organisation will launch its new 2026–2027 edition, with a fresh perspective on programmes developed exclusively for the PWN Romania community, including:

·      The Entrepreneurship, Intrapreneurship and Solopreneurship Programme;

·      The Mentoring Programme;

·      The “Women on Boards by PWN Romania” Programme, designed to prepare women for positions on boards of directors.

PWN Romania will also continue to develop the “Digital Museum of Remarkable Women” initiative, dedicated to recognizing the contribution of remarkable women and bringing their stories into the public spotlight, alongside regular events created for the organisation’s members.

“My hope is that, 15 years from now, PWN Romania will not be defined only by our programmes, events or numbers, but by people - by the people who will be able to say, “This is the place where I found my courage”, Monica Eugeniu concluded.
