Member Spotlight: Lina Radzeviciute in her own words
"I am originally Lithuanian, although I have lived and worked across different countries and have been based in Amsterdam for more than 15 years now.
My corporate career developed in global procurement roles in different sectors, with extensive experience in fast paced, demanding and usually male dominated work environments, leading high stakes strategic negotiations.
Following a period focused on reflection and personal development, over the last few years I developed a strong interest in health, nutrition and longevity and became a Harvard-certified lifestyle and wellness coach.
My motivation to join PWN was sparked by my own experiences throughout my professional career as a woman, especially during the earlier years.
I decided to join not only as a member but also as a volunteer, to contribute to a women-focused network and share my perspective and experience to help other (younger) women advance in business and in their careers.
The ability to see individuals both within our network as well as external parties such as our valued partner companies all supporting the development of women is truly rewarding.
With such a variety of powerful thinking, both from our less experienced, younger members who come with a fresh perspective as well as the views of our seasoned board level executives, this group has a unique energy and dynamic.
Highlights for me so far include the recent PWN Global Summit in Lisbon, as well as our joint International Women’s Day celebration at the office of our partner, Van Lanschot Kempen.
Being part of PWN benefits me by broadening my perspective on personal development, connection with interesting companies,and expansion of my social and professional network. I encourage new (prospective) members to reach out and welcome any questions you might have if you are considering to join, which I can certainly recommend.
The network brings a lot of opportunities for ambitious women of all levels of experience to engage in inspiring events to connect with a diverse group of like minded ladies."
