All volunteers must be PWN Premium Members.

Marketing and Content Volunteer 

We're looking for someone to join our Content Management Team and work closely with our VP Marketing to support with LinkedIn, website, and newsletter content. You should have some experience in marketing and communications and be able to use Canva, have experience working with a CMS, and be able to learn new systems quickly.

Tech Support Team Member, Back-End Support

Work alongside our Tech Lead to keep the systems behind the scenes running smoothly. Based in our Microsoft 365 environment, this role helps maintain our shared files, templates, and internal tools, and finds simple ways to make our day-to-day operations easier. A great fit for someone comfortable with Microsoft 365 who enjoys keeping things organised and reliable.

Tech Support Team Member, Member-Facing Platforms

Help keep our member-facing platforms working beautifully, including our website, our event tools, and our membership platform. You will work across teams, supporting marketing, mentoring, and events as they bring content and activities to our members. Ideal for someone who learns new systems quickly, enjoys problem solving, and likes seeing their work reach the wider community. 

Member Renewals Support Volunteer 

Support our VP Finance across the membership renewal cycle, helping to keep member records current, prepare reminders, and ensure a smooth experience for renewing members. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach are a real plus in this role. 

Member Engagement & Community Volunteer 

Help our members feel welcome and connected from the moment they join, and support the admin and data tasks that keep our membership running smoothly. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, who is quick to learn new systems, and full of ideas for streamlining operations.

Legal Support Volunteer 

Do you want to shape the legal rules of how PWN Netherlands operates as an association? Do you want to support the day-to-day operations of the VP Legal? Our VP Legal is looking for a motivated volunteer to support them with managing legal compliance, advising on agreements and doing research on regulatory topics.

Impact Initiative Volunteer 

Be part of something we are truly excited about. PWN Netherlands is taking on new initiatives designed to create real change for women, and we are looking for someone to help bring them to life behind the scenes. This is a supporting role for someone who loves shaping ideas, keeping things moving, and being close to work that matters. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
