Leadership Lab

A 3-month transformational development programme for mid-career female professionals. Designed to elevate influence, build confidence, and unlock new career possibilities.

Programme Objective:

To help mid-career women break through the feeling of being stuck.

Gain clarity on their next level and strengthen their ability to lead themselves first:

  • Emotionally
  • Strategically 
  • Future-ready

So they can step into greater influence, confidence, and impact in their professional and personal lives.

  • A professional with 5+ years of work experience 
  • A mid-career woman ready to stretch beyond your comfort zone
  • Seeking and committed to personal and leadership growth 
  • Willing to engage deeply in self-reflection and try new tools 
  • Interested in connecting and collaborating with others
  • Seeking meaningful elevation


Programme Structure:

Month 1: Foundation & Immersion

  • Kick-off in-person leadership intensive
  • Bi-weekly group review calls for progress tracking
  • Dedicated accountability pod meetings

Month 2: Expansion & Insight

  • Mid-programme in-person leadership workshop
  • Exclusive business visits to innovative companies
  • One-on-one expert mentorship sessions

Month 3: Mastery & Impact

  • Capstone in-person leadership masterclass
  • Comprehensive final showcase preparation
  • High-impact culmination presentations

Time investment: 6-8 hours / month (1.5-2 hours / week)

This includes all sessions, visits, calls, and reflection.


Dates:

This 3-month programme runs from March to May - starting 25 March.

Session dates within the programme will be communicated to participants following registration.
