  • Report monthly progress to the VP Partnerships, including a clear overview of ongoing conversations and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with PWN City Network Partnerships volunteers on introductions and developments of partnerships where they have presence in multiple City Network locations, including the Netherlands.
  • Attend the majority of PWN Netherlands events as well as events hosted by our partners (where invited) and actively participate in adjacent events and networks with like-minded members and employers to demonstrate the presence of our community, the commitment to growing our network, and our impact.

(These are examples of tasks you may be asked to do. The role is not limited to this and can be amended at any time.)

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, including cold outreach.
  • Affinity with PWN’s mission of accelerating balanced leadership.
  • Experience setting up or maintaining commercial collaborations, ideally within a non-profit, membership organisation, or similar.

  • You genuinely enjoy approaching companies you don’t yet know, and rejection doesn’t hold you back.
  • You work independently and take ownership of your portfolio.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing as an active member of the PWN Netherlands volunteer team.
  • Committed to supporting a volunteer-led organisation and helping it grow sustainably.
