With over 30 years of experience across Financial Services and Consulting, Jasmin has led and advised large-scale transformation initiatives spanning operating model redesign, enterprise-wide change, culture and leadership alignment and cross-functional process optimisation. Her work increasingly includes fractional leadership engagements, enabling organisations to access senior leadership expertise with agility and precision, without the need for permanent structures. Her experience is distinctly international, with global and regional mandates across Latin America, the Commonwealth of Independent States, Southeast Asia, and Australia. She has worked across a broad range of sectors including financial services, FMCG, oil & gas, government, aviation, telecommunications, energy, technology, e-commerce and education, bringing a deep understanding of both emerging and mature markets. Beyond transformation delivery, Jasmin has led firm-wide branding initiatives, convened and hosted high-level corporate engagements and contributed as a speaker and panellist on leadership and business transformation.
