Jasmin Edna Peters is the President of the Professional Women’s Network Kuala Lumpur (PWN KL), where she champions the advancement of professional women through globally relevant platforms that foster leadership, cross-border collaboration and meaningful impact across industries. She is a strong advocate for inclusive leadership and the elevation of diverse voices within the global leadership landscape.
She is also the Founder and Leadership Advisor of The Candour Collective, a leadership advisory practice operating at the intersection of organisational transformation, leadership evolution and fractional leadership. Jasmin partners with Boards and C-suite leaders to navigate complex business environments, bringing the right leadership capability at the right time to deliver sustainable, high-impact outcomes, particularly at critical inflection points.
With over 30 years of experience across Financial Services and Consulting, Jasmin has led and advised large-scale transformation initiatives spanning operating model redesign, enterprise-wide change, culture and leadership alignment and cross-functional process optimisation. Her work increasingly includes fractional leadership engagements, enabling organisations to access senior leadership expertise with agility and precision, without the need for permanent structures.
Her experience is distinctly international, with global and regional mandates across Latin America, the Commonwealth of Independent States, Southeast Asia, and Australia. She has worked across a broad range of sectors including financial services, FMCG, oil & gas, government, aviation, telecommunications, energy, technology, e-commerce and education, bringing a deep understanding of both emerging and mature markets.
Beyond transformation delivery, Jasmin has led firm-wide branding initiatives, convened and hosted high-level corporate engagements and contributed as a speaker and panellist on leadership and business transformation. She has also represented organisations in the media, including BFM and Astro Awani.
