A lifelong champion of women's empowerment, Dato' Dr Munirah has dedicated much of her career to creating platforms and movements that advance women in leadership. She founded the Women Extraordinaire Foundation and served as Organising Chairman of The Women's Extraordinaire Forum (WEF), which she produced for three consecutive years, convening over 40 of Asia's most influential women leaders on a single stage. She was appointed the inaugural President of Professional Women Network Kuala Lumpur (PWN KL) in 2016 — a chapter of PWN Global — building the network from the ground up with a mission to advance women in professional and leadership roles across Malaysia. She is now proudly appointed as Patron of PWN KL, a role that reflects her enduring commitment to the organisation's mission. A frequent speaker at national and international women's leadership forums, she continues to lend her voice and experience to inspire the next generation of women to lead with purpose, confidence, and conviction.
