She is the Co-Founder and Secretary General of PWN Kuala Lumpur, the official city network of PWN Global, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing women’s leadership and fostering cross-border collaboration across regions. An accomplished entrepreneur, Zieda is the Founder and Event Director of Macmore Events & Media House, delivering large-scale, high-impact events and strategic initiatives at both national and international levels. She is also a Partner at The Candour Collectives Sdn Bhd, where she focuses on business strategy and organisational transformation, driving growth and cultivating strategic partnerships with local and global corporate organisations and professional networks. Renowned for her expertise in international relations, Zieda has successfully developed cross-border collaborations that position organisations on the global stage. She has led and delivered ministerial-level engagements, international conferences and global forums, working closely with government agencies, multinational corporations and key stakeholders. Zieda is recognised for her ability to translate strategy into execution, delivering initiatives that create lasting organisational and societal impact. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of the West of Scotland and remains committed to advancing inclusive leadership by connecting local talent to global opportunities.
