Noor Ira Nadiha Anuar is a seasoned talent and leadership development professional with over a decade of experience spanning sovereign wealth, financial services, and management consulting. Currently serving as Vice President, Talent Management at AmBank Group, Ira is involved in the development and execution of bank-wide talent management and succession strategies to build future-ready leaders and critical capabilities. Her work focuses on identifying and strengthening leadership pipelines, improving bench strength for key roles, and leveraging data-driven insights to anticipate talent risks and measure programme effectiveness.
Previously, Ira was the Change Management Lead in the Digital Transformation Office at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where she played a pivotal role in shaping culture transformation and digital upskilling at enterprise level. As a subject matter expert in change and adoption, she led people-centric interventions such as digital academies, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing platforms to accelerate workforce digital maturity.
Earlier in her career at PwC Consulting Malaysia, she advised multinational corporations and government-linked companies on experience-led change, HR transformation, and large-scale system implementations, including SAP SuccessFactors. She also established new consulting service offerings that integrated employee experience with technology enablement, strengthening leadership alignment and adoption.
Ira’s foundation in talent management was further strengthened during her tenure at CIMB Group, where she deployed a regional talent management framework covering succession planning, career pathways, mentoring, and leadership assessment across multiple countries. Her contributions to the profession were recognised with the Young HR Talent Award in 2019. Beyond her corporate roles, Ira is committed to developing future talent through community engagement, volunteering as a reading mentor for underprivileged children.
