Azlena Maria Tan Sri Abu Bakar, better known as Lynn Bakar, is a serial impact entrepreneur, corporate leader and women empowerment advocate whose work spans health and wellness, mental health, social impact and technology across regional and global markets. She currently serves as Group CEO of Hazleen Ahmad Global Impact Ventures Pte Ltd (Singapore), CEO of World Kindness Trust Pte Ltd (Singapore), Managing Director of Conscious Choice Group Sdn Bhd, Founder of FitSpace66 Studios, Director of Maya Naval Systems Sdn Bhd, a Certified Intermittent Fasting and Keto Coach and Global Advisor to the Institute of Neurodiversity.
Lynn is also the creator and champion of KindLeadership a values-driven leadership philosophy and practice that integrates kindness, clarity, courage and accountability into how individuals lead, build organisations and shape systems. Through KindLeadership, she advocates that empathy and strength are not opposing forces, but powerful complements that drive sustainable performance, trust-based cultures and long-term impact. Before entering entrepreneurship, Lynn was the Regional Manager for BASF Asia Pacific, where she led logistics procurement for parcel tanker services and tank terminals across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand managing complex, high-value operations across multiple markets. Her professional journey began in law, having completed her pupillage at Zaid Ibrahim & Co and later practising criminal and civil litigation at Shafee & Co. She subsequently transitioned into international business through a Hong Kong-based shipping conglomerate, laying the foundation for her global commercial expertise.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Laws from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and a Master of Science in Shipping Management from the World Maritime University, Malmö, Sweden. She is currently pursuing her Certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy Asia, reflecting her commitment to holistic wellbeing, mindset transformation, and mental health advocacy.
