Abhilaash Subramaniam is a Malaysian legal professional and the principal of Abhilaash Subramaniam & Co, a specialist firm focused on tax litigation and advisory services. His credentials include an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Warwick, a Barrister-at-Law qualification from Gray’s Inn, and an LL.M from Cardiff University. Abhilaash has been recognised by the Legal 500 for his practice in tax. He is an elected Council Member of the Malaysian Bar Council and Chairs the Tax Committee of the Malaysian Bar. He was also the past chair of the ESG committee of the Bar.
