Yıldız Bozkurt Özcan

Yıldız Bozkurt Özcan is a senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across banking, finance, and the maritime industry. A graduate of Boğaziçi University, she has held C-level roles at leading international banks including Akbank, ABN AMRO, and the Royal Bank of Scotland, overseeing Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking functions. Since 2015, she has served as General Manager of Med Marine Holding. In addition to her executive role, she is a Board Member of the Ship and Yacht Exporters’ Association and a member of the Women’s Council of the Turkish Exporters Assembly. A founding member of Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Istanbul, she currently serves as President of PWN Istanbul for the 2023–2026 term, driving the organization’s mission to advance women’s leadership and professional impact.

Hande Yurtsever

Hande Yurtsever is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of leadership experience in international business organizations, currently serving as Director of Finance and Administrative Affairs at AmCham Turkey. She began her career in international trade and has held strategic roles spanning financial management, human resources, events, and member relations, notably at YASED and m-TOD, strengthening organizational capacity and cross-sector collaboration. A committed advocate for gender balance and professional development, she serves as Vice President of Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Istanbul and contributes to PWN’s global mission through board involvement and city network leadership, fostering inclusive leadership, diversity, and impactful community engagement.

Beril Koparal

Beril Koparal is a senior executive, entrepreneur, and board member with extensive experience across healthcare, life sciences, FMCG, and global brand leadership. She has held CEO and general management roles at leading organizations including Ogilvy Healthworld / CommonHealth, Zade Global, Zade Vital, and Note Cosmetics, and has led international market expansion projects, including the U.S. market. Since 2021, she has focused on strategic advisory roles, entrepreneurship, and social impact initiatives, while actively contributing as an educator, author, and certified Emergenetics practitioner.
