The aim of the leadership program

Under the guidance of Harriet Brooke, Executive & Team Coach and Global Leadership Facilitator, you will gain theoretical leadership input and practical tools to support you personally and professionally. Integral to the program is a psychometric self-assessment which provides valuable insights into your behavioural styles and what motivates you, focusing on areas that will support your leadership.

FacilitatorHarriet Brooke

With over 20 years as an executive and team coach and leadership facilitator working in over 30 countries, Harriet brings a deeply global perspective to leadership and professional development. Having lived in Asia and different European Counties she focuses on the intersection of culture, leadership, and social and geopolitical change, helping individuals and senior teams navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

From coaching C-suite leaders in multinational organisations, to running women’s leadership mentoring programs in a range of sectors, Harriet’s approach is strategic, inspiring and very human. She believes that we all have potential to grow and thrive, and this programme supports this. By understanding ourselves and our own sense of power we can become the best version of ourselves, grow as leaders and remain grounded and calm in times of disruption.

Harriet Brooke had the whole team super engaged in the discussions and the fun and creative exercises. She led us in how to build trust by asking better questions, using active listening and showing genuine interest. Now we’re well on the way to becoming excellent consultants, as well as advisers who are trusted by colleagues and clients alike throughout the market.

Workshop structure

Through the four workshops, you will gain awareness of the value of past experiences and how to turn them into learning opportunities, develop clarity around your own communication and motivation style, receive an individual psychometric report, and explore ideas on how you can flex your communication style to inspire and influence others.

You will also consider key leadership capabilities needed in a time of AI, build understanding of the different stages of a team, and link this learning to how you lead—now or in the future—while staying in your own sense of power in turbulent times.
