Timeline of the Programme

Under the guidance of Migena Gjerazi, Leadership Coach & Trainer, you will gain theoretical leadership input and practical tools to support you personally and professionally.  Her work combines practical tools with deep reflection, helping leaders strengthen their inner foundation while building trust, connection, and impact in their teams.

FacilitatorMigena Gjerazi

Migena Gjerazi is a leadership coach and trainer who supports leaders in developing self-awareness, confidence, and relational leadership skills. She has extensive experience designing and delivering leadership programmes for both women-only and mixed groups across international organizations. She has delivered multiple leadership programmes specifically for women, including three cohorts with MARS Wrigley and six privately run cohorts, creating transformative spaces focused on confidence, identity, and conscious leadership. Additionally, she has delivered leadership and soft skills programmes for diverse audiences at organizations such as the FAO, Lufthansa Industry Solutions, IDA, and IPKO. Her work combines practical tools with deep reflection, helping leaders strengthen their inner foundation while building trust, connection, and impact in their teams.

Workshop structure

Through the four workshops, you will gain awareness of the value of past experiences and how to turn them into learning opportunities, develop clarity around your own communication and motivation style, receive an individual psychometric report, and explore ideas on how you can flex your communication style to inspire and influence others.

You will also consider key leadership capabilities needed in a time of AI, build understanding of the different stages of a team, and link this learning to how you lead—now or in the future—while staying in your own sense of power in turbulent times. Along the way, you will also build a network of likeminded women leaders.
