A global mentoring programme for women ready to grow, lead, and connect beyond borders.

The Global Mentoring Programme (GMP) is a unique opportunity for PWN members seeking international exposure, guidance from cross-cultural mentors, and a strong community of global peers.

In 2026, the GMP will run from March to October (8 months).

Is this programme for me?
Have you recently moved abroad for work (in the last 12 months)?

Or are you planning an international career move in the next 12-18 months?

If you can answer "yes" to either (or both) of these questions, then this programme is for you!

The GMP is designed to:

  • Support your international career ambitions with personalised guidance from senior leaders who have walked the path before you.
  • Help you work and lead confidently across borders and cultures.
  • Strengthen your decision-making and other key professional skills in a global context.

As a mentee, you'll:

  • Gain real-world insight from an experienced leader who has navigated international challenges.
  • Build a confidential, supportive relationship to explore your goals, questions, and obstacles.
  • Receive actionable advice to avoid common pitfalls and challenges.
  • Discover how to thrive across cultures - professionally and personally.
  • Expand your international network and global visibility.

To join as a mentee, you must:

  • Be a PWN member
  • Have international work experience or be planning for this in the next year.
  • Be willing to commit 1-2 hours per month and take ownership of your growth.
  • Be open to embrace learning and support from someone with a different background or culture.
