PWN Global: Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in strengthening our brand presence and supporting the organisation’s communication needs. This is a hands-on role requiring strong operational skills to design, produce, and manage marketing materials that reflect our brand identity. By working closely with the VP Marketing and Communications and engaging with City Networks and other Global Board areas, the Marketing Manager ensures a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms and touchpoints.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create and manage marketing material, including presentations, flyers, cards, badges, banners, letterheads, PowerPoint templates, email signatures, and other required templates (e.g., best practices, memos).
- Develop and maintain the organisation’s brand manual and ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
- Manage and respond to marketing requests from City Networks and Global Board areas.
- Support the VP Marketing & Communications with operational marketing needs and strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance and direction to the Graphic Designer to ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity and organisational objectives.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proficiency with Canva and other marketing/design tools.
- Strong background in marketing and branding, with demonstrable experience in brand management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests across the organisation.
- Attention to detail, combined with a proactive, leadership-driven approach.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic and operational demands.
