PWN Global Summit 2026 Brings Global Leaders Together to Rethink Leadership for a Changing World
Amy Kellogg, Lisbon, Portugal — June 26- 27, 2026
The PWN Global Summit in Lisbon, June 26-27, tackled key topics from collaborative to artificial intelligence, from organizing and optimizing our time on the planet to zeroing in on where global and corporate leadership is falling short.
The summit was a workshop on the state of Power, Progress and People and how leaders and teams can make their impact greatest and most enduring. Dozens of decision-makers across various fields looked deep into their own experience and shared tough lessons learned while challenging others to step up.
From tackling AI’s algorithmic bias, to the spread of conflict, to the challenge of climate change, leadership is confronting a range of evolving and urgent issues never before seen.
We had Patrick Siegler-Lathrop decipher Trump 2.0 and PWN founder Avivah Wittenberg-Cox bring the longevity debate to life, complete with a toolbox for navigating the new human order and tapping into the best of everyone.
Leaders of corporations from Microsoft to Nestle gathered to debate the challenges of running businesses successfully into the next decade and beyond and turning the ethos of leadership into one of service.
Panelists spoke about addressing the courage deficit and shared thoughts on what holds bosses back from breaking the mold and rocking the ship with brilliance and innovation.
One speaker pointed out that “authority can be given overnight, but legitimacy takes time to build.”
PWN celebrates its thirtieth birthday this year. It was created to open spaces for women to connect, lead and learn, and it is ever eager for men to be part of the dialogue.
Without fresh ideas…there’s no positive change. Without gatherings of hearts and minds, there cannot be a fruitful exchange of ideas.
Think more boldly, collaborate more generously, and reach out for more information or interviews.
