Online Membership Leader
The Online Membership Leader is responsible for designing the online membership strategy. This role plays a crucial role in supporting our member offer to those individuals who are not attached to a specific PWn city network. This role ensures a consistent and professional user experience across all platforms and touchpoints.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Designing the online membership strategy with the mindset to empower PWN Global Online Team and act as champion for PWN Global
- Identifying ways to attract new online members, engage, and retain them
- Holding calls with the VPs Membership in the local city networks to ensure feasibility, namely, to ensure that all Online members have access to Global and locally driven Online content.
- Mapping the member journey and identifying opportunities to proactively intervene on the member’s behalf.
- Test strategies for driving online members' value.
- Develop listening points in the member journey, define segmentation of member base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop metrics for success
- Preparing presentations and reports regarding Online membership area.

- Have very good communication abilities in the online mode
- Have good sales skills to be able to attract online member
- Be able to make creative proposals
- Have a sense of business and profit
- Good digital skills (be familiar with working with membership platforms and social media)
