PWN Global: Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our organization’s visual identity. By developing creative concepts and producing high-quality design assets, this role supports marketing, communications, and events initiatives that advance our mission and strengthen our brand presence.

Probation period | 3 Months (excluding holidays and inactivity), during which the direct manager must track the person's KPIs and tasks using the recommended PWN tools. |
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Visual Design & Brand Development:
- Create engaging artwork for marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) that align with our brand identity and mission.
- Develop visual concepts that effectively communicate organisational messages.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Apply brand guidelines provided by the VP Marketing & Communication to ensure design consistency.
Digital & Print Marketing Materials:
- Design social media graphics, newsletters, website banners, and event visuals.
- Create newsletter layouts and visual elements for email campaigns.
- Develop promotional materials for events, workshops, and conferences.
- Design website graphics, banners, and visual elements.
Event Support:
- Produce event mailers and digital invitations.
- Design signage, presentations, and promotional materials for events.
- Develop visual assets for both virtual and in-person gatherings.
Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to understand project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and organizational needs.
- Translate requests from the Marketing Manager into high-quality creative outputs.
WHAT YOU BRING
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
- Experience with Canva or similar platforms.
- Understanding of social media design dimensions and best practices.
- Knowledge of print design requirements and specifications.
Design Experience:
- Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills and creativity.
- Experience creating marketing materials and social media content.
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and ensure consistency.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under the direction of the VP Marketing & Communication while adding creative value.
- Passion for women’s rights and gender equality initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal education or certification in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Experience with non-profit organisations or social impact initiatives.
- Knowledge of web design basics and UX principles.
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative platforms.
- Experience with photography or photo editing.
