Educational Partnership Global Manager

PWN Global is building educational partnerships that support women to grow, lead, and make confident, informed decisions about their development. We are seeking a Lead Volunteer to guide this work—someone who sees education not just as a product, but as a lever for balanced leadership and long-term career impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and prospect top 20 educational institutions with a clear positioning within female leadership development 
• Account manage existing partnerships according to their respective KPI’s, in particular following-up on the acquisition of new members
• Work with Programme Team to identify opportunities, that will support attraction, retention and renewal of partnerships
• Identify PWN (Multi) City Network opportunities based on the global partnership and support the local management in negotiating / contract content.
• Elaborate the annual communication and marketing plans with each partner and execute in partnership with the PWN Global Marketing team and agreed channels.

What You Bring:

• A strategic mindset, a strong sense of empathy, and excellent communication skills. 
• Ideally experience in partnership collaboration either from the educational or business environment and acquainted with legal jargon. 
• Experienced in elaborating and executing marketing and communication plans
