Introducing the New PWN Global Board: A New Era of Leadership

We are thrilled to announce the new PWN Global Board, comprised of an exceptional group of women from across the globe. With diverse backgrounds and a wealth of experience, our new Board is poised to elevate the network to new heights, building upon the incredible work of those who have come before them.


A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Outgoing Board Members

Before we introduce our new Board, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to the outgoing leadership. 

Co-Presidents Nadine Castellani and Virginia Otel have spent the past four years transforming PWN Global, reshaping the network into a powerful, forward-thinking community. Their leadership and vision have been pivotal in laying the foundations for our next chapter, including tlaunching a brand-new membership platform and website, and the highly successful PWN Global Summit at the European Parliament on International Women’s Day 2024.

We also extend our thanks to Dr. Ryane Meralli-Ballou (Secretary), Emmanuelle Camus (VP Programmes), Gini Dupasquier (VP Strategic Development), and Aylin Satun Olsun (VP Corporate Partners) for their outstanding contributions to the Board

Welcoming the New Co-Presidents and Board Members

We are honored to introduce our incoming Co-Presidents, Yolanda Gutierrez and Monica d’Orey Santiago. Yolanda, the President of PWN Madrid and former VP of Marketing and Communications for PWN Global, brings a strategic marketing vision and boundless enthusiasm to her new role. Monica, the founding President of PWN Lisbon and former VP of Membership and City Network Development, has a deep commitment to building a sustainable and thriving volunteer-led network. Together, we are confident they will steer the PWN Global community to new heights.
