- Help Shape the Future of PWN Global - Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Global is one of the world’s leading international networks dedicated to advancing women in leadership through professional development, cross-border collaboration, and meaningful connections.
- As we enter our next phase of growth, we are building a new Global Strategic Growth & Partnerships Division to strengthen the Federation’s long-term sustainability, expand our international footprint, and unlock new opportunities for our members and City Networks.
- We are seeking exceptional senior leaders to join us as Regional Executive Leads.
About the Role
- This is a strategic leadership opportunity for accomplished professionals who have built successful careers driving organisational growth, securing strategic partnerships and sponsorships, developing new markets and creating sustainable value.
- Each Regional Lead will be responsible for accelerating growth across an assigned geographical region by identifying strategic opportunities, mobilising resources, developing high-value partnerships, supporting the expansion and sustainability of PWN Global.
- Working closely with City Networks and Global leadership, you will help position PWN Global for long-term success while strengthening our impact across existing and emerging markets.
What You’ll Bring

· Executive stakeholder engagement and negotiation

· Experience within multinational organisations, professional services, industry associations, government, foundations or international organisations will be highly regarded.
What You’ll Do
· As Regional Executive Lead, you will:
· Identify and secure sponsorship, partnership and strategic growth opportunities.
· Build a strong regional pipeline that contributes to PWN Global’s financial sustainability.
· Develop relationships with organisations that align with PWN Global’s mission and strategic priorities.
· Support City Networks by identifying regional and multinational partnership opportunities.
· Expand PWN Global’s presence across existing and emerging markets.
· Contribute to the Federation’s long-term growth, influence and global impact.
