What You’ll Do:
- Setting up and managing podcast hosting and distribution platforms
- Ensuring high-quality audio production, including equipment recommendations
- Editing audio and streamlining post-production workflows
- Coordinating with guest speakers, including GDPR consent follow-ups
- Supporting content promotion across social media and newsletters
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely episode releases
What You Bring:
- Genuine enthusiasm for rolling up your sleeves and creating memorable audio content
- Hands-on, end-to-end experience with podcast production, audio editing, or digital content workflows, with the ability to independently manage operational details from recording to release
- Strong self-management and communication skills, including coordinating with speakers, managing timelines, and creating engaging promotional content to be shared across channels (social media, website, newsletter)
- Good judgment and healthy boundaries: you’re comfortable asking questions when things are fuzzy, flagging roadblocks before they become boulders, and saying, “I don’t think this approach will get us there, but here’s a better option” in a constructive way
