As we approach the PWN Global Summit 2026, one theme continues to emerge: the future will be shaped by leaders who collaborate across boundaries. Across industries, leaders are facing unprecedented levels of complexity. Technology, demographics, economic shifts, and societal expectations are changing simultaneously. The question is not whether change is coming; it is whether we are prepared to lead through it.    This Summit was intentionally designed to bring together executives, entrepreneurs, board members, investors, and emerging leaders who are willing to engage in meaningful dialogue. The goal is not simply to exchange ideas but to challenge perspectives and build practical pathways forward.    The conversations in Lisbon will explore how leadership is evolving, what organizations must do to remain relevant, and how collaboration can become a strategic advantage. We will examine both opportunities and risks while highlighting examples of leaders already shaping the future.    Ultimately, progress depends on people who are willing to think differently, engage deeply, and act with purpose. That is the spirit behind this Summit and the reason these conversations matter now more than ever.
