What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support by maintaining volunteer records and updating documentation, as well as the Onboarding and Offboarding processes
- Contribute with full cooperation with PWN Global collaborators
- Help organize Volunteer Management Projects, such as training sessions/meetings, including taking minutes and contributing with insights and suggestions
- Provide general administrative support to the Board, when relevant, to help streamline processes and improve efficiency
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you love keeping things in order.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Canva, and Asana (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while staying connected with the team.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, you don’t just identify problems, you help solve them!
